Can Z3x Support G935w8 8.0 U3 Imei Patch Repair

FIX IMEI (Emergency calls only)-no need for downgrading (g935F and FD)

This works on any android Version. (Used it on the latest 8.0) .
No need for DOWNGRADES and combination firmwares. (works even on binary 5)

WHAT YOU NEED.
-patience
-z3x 29.5 box or higher. (you can find the cracked version which doesnt need box on google)
-PC anti-virus OFF

1. Enable developer options and oem unlock
2. Flash TWRP recovery
++Make backup of your EFS and Baseband) (or everything just in case)
3. Format data in TWRP (type yes to confirm)
4. Turn off phone (dont reboot)
++- IMPORTANT..Flash stock rom (any- with same or higher binary), reboot and finish setup
5. Enable developer options (and oem unlock if switch is visible)
6. Flash TWRP and reboot to it
7. Flash Magisk 19 (or any other root solution)
8. Reboot to system
9. Connect Phone to pc via usb (make sure you have adb installed, if not use the system wide adb installer here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979)
10. Open Z3X box (loader) (Run as administrator), click try and wait to open
11. Choose G928F in models tab (IMPORTANT----not g935F or FD)
12. In repair Tab, tick the small check box (it will have an x on it when ticked) TYPE your phones EMEI in the box , in ADB BOX choose your device (will have numbers and letters) and then click Reset EFS (tick adb prompt on phone and allow Magisk SU/root prompt).
13. Phone will auto-reboot. (SUCCESS FOR SINGLE SIM USERS!!!):laugh:

For Dual sim users.
++IMPORTANT-After step 13, you will only have a single sim working. To enable the second sim;
14. Open Z3X box (open loader as administrator)
15. In model choose your phone model (g935FD for the dual sim i was using - though i installed the F and not FD firmware)
16. Go to Repair tab, and click on SET SIM count, choose double sim and You are done

17. PROFIT?:good::good::good:

Note: I was on the F firmware flashed on an originally fd firmware phone. Should work both ways i think.

You selected g928f in models.. this won't work until you select correct model no. of your phone i.e G965F (that model support is not available in the z3x version provided by op) [literally said this on above post too]

yep, been waiting for the version with support for the s9+ to drop (or at least to find the cracked file of that version, maybe i should just buy it) but it seems like 29.5 has been the highest since i can remember...bummer. Also need one for the s20 but i'm not holding my breath there. Possibly chimera tool.
